01 / The programmes

Built around the way

  • Inbound AI call handling and web enquiries using approved information

Initial consultation: one hour at £200 GBP, credited against work commissioned within 30 days. No charge is made when you submit an enquiry.

Need both?

A combined programme brings the selected agency and front-office modules into one delivery plan. The indicative total implementation band is £25,000–£50,000 GBP; it covers the agreed subset of modules and locations, not two unlimited packages.

02 / What you receive

A working system.
A documented handover.

Your Statement of Work is the written delivery agreement. It names the modules you are buying and how each will be tested.

01

Your operating blueprint

Agreed enquiry journeys, site rules, system connections, permissions and responsibilities. A clear boundary around what we will deliver.

02

Configured workflows

The portal, call flows, web forms and automations in your scope, connected to the named systems and configured for your business.

03

Tests and acceptance records

Demonstrations against agreed scenarios, recorded issues and corrections, followed by written acceptance of each milestone.

04

Access, training and ownership

Agreed administrator access, configuration, operating guides and team training. Custom deliverables and third-party licences are identified separately.

An illustrative enquiry journey

From a new enquiry to a responsible person.

  1. CaptureA caller or web visitor asks about a service.
  2. RouteThe system checks location, hours and the approved rules.
  3. RecordDetails reach the agreed customer system or booking workflow.
  4. EscalateExceptions go to a named person, with the relevant context.

Acceptance can test an out-of-hours enquiry, an unavailable appointment, an integration failure and a request for a person. The actual test set is agreed for your service.

03 / Platform Care

Keep the operation supported.

Optional maintenance at £25,000–£50,000 GBP a year, additional to implementation. Support capacity and responsibilities are agreed before you buy.

What the retainer covers

  • MaintainMonitoring of agreed services, incident investigation and maintenance of the configured system.
  • AdjustA written change allowance for prompts, routing, content and configuration within the existing scope.
  • ReviewScheduled service reviews, issue reporting and coordination with the named platform providers.

What we put in writing

Support hours and channels, incident priorities, response targets, included change hours, service review frequency and escalation contacts.

New sites, major features and new integrations need a separate approved quote. Round-the-clock support and uptime guarantees apply only if expressly included.

Care starts on the agreed service date. The purchased rate is fixed for the term. Renewal requires your written agreement; there is no automatic renewal charge.

6 months

£12,500–£25,000

GBP paid in advance

12 months

£25,000–£50,000

GBP paid in advance

24 months

£50,000–£100,000

GBP paid in advance

The full cost, clearly stated

For example: £35,000 implementation + £30,000 for twelve months of Care = £65,000 GBP. This is an illustration, not a quotation. Applicable tax and separately agreed vendor costs are additional.

Telephony, AI usage, hosting and customer-system subscriptions are separate unless expressly included. Your quote identifies who pays each provider and any limits. There is no implied unlimited usage.

Cancel Care in writing: unused prepaid days are refunded pro rata after the start date. Before it starts, the refund may deduct approved, evidenced, non-cancellable third-party commitments. Read the cancellation terms.

04 / Delivery & payment

Agree the scope.
Prove the work. Hand it over.

Delivery dates follow the actual scope and dependencies. We agree the schedule before you commit to the implementation.

  1. 01

    Consultation & fit

Review your locations, systems, workload and priorities. The initial consultation is one hour at £200 GBP, credited against work commissioned within 30 days.

  2. 02

    Written scope & fixed price

Agree deliverables, exclusions, licence rights, dates, responsibilities, acceptance tests and payment milestones. No implementation payment is requested before the scope is signed.

  3. 03

    Configure & demonstrate

Build the agreed workflows, test real operating scenarios with your team and resolve failures against the acceptance criteria. Start with the agreed pilot before wider rollout.

  4. 04

    Accept & hand over

Review the delivery against the written criteria, receive the agreed access and documentation, and sign off. Purchased Care then runs from its agreed start date.

Payment through Stripe or bank transfer

Your supplier and invoice issuer is STEELBRIDGE SOLUTIONS LTD, company number 17361021. Implementation is invoiced against agreed milestones; Care is invoiced separately for your chosen term. Each invoice identifies the programme, signed scope reference, milestone or service dates, and amount in GBP.

Pay through the secure Stripe-hosted page or use the bank details on your invoice. Enter card details only on the hosted payment page, never in a call, chat or email. Available methods are shown for that invoice; instalment finance is not promised for these amounts.

Card and alternative-method availability depends on provider approval and limits. Another processor is used only when agreed and approved for STEELBRIDGE SOLUTIONS LTD. Stripe processes payments; it does not endorse or guarantee our service. Payment terms.

05 / Before you commit

Clear answers.
Clear boundaries.

Business engagements only. Your signed scope and the linked policies set the terms.

What determines the final price?

The number of brands, locations and users; workflow complexity; integration requirements; data migration; languages; and the support capacity you need. We confirm these in writing. Both programmes and the combined programme have defined limits, not unlimited delivery.

What do we own, and can we use another supplier?

Paid custom deliverables and the licence to our incorporated pre-existing materials follow our intellectual property terms. Your scope separately identifies third-party products, white-label rights, licence duration and export arrangements. Care ending does not revoke your paid-up rights; third-party subscriptions may still be needed.

How do we know the work is complete?

Each milestone has objective acceptance criteria. You have ten business days to accept in writing or report specific failures, as described in our delivery policy. We correct failures against the agreed criteria. A 30-day defect warranty follows acceptance, subject to the warranty terms.

What happens if we cancel?

Cancel in writing at any time. Implementation charges cover completed work valued against the agreed milestones and approved, evidenced, non-cancellable vendor commitments, without double counting. Excess payments are refunded. Unused prepaid Care days are refunded pro rata. Full refund terms and timeframes.

How are AI mistakes and personal data handled?

AI interactions disclose their automated nature and provide a route to a person. Consequential decisions need human oversight. Before live processing, we agree data protection roles, approved providers, access controls, retention and applicable transfer safeguards. Call recording and marketing require appropriate notices and lawful permissions. AI accuracy and commercial results are not guaranteed.

What is excluded from the price?

Third-party usage and subscriptions unless listed, customer acquisition, guaranteed revenue, and work outside the signed scope. Major new features, additional locations and new integrations require an approved change quote. There are no unapproved charges for extra work.

What if there is a billing dispute?

Email info@steelbridge-solutions.com so we can investigate. You retain your right to contact your bank or payment provider and must observe their deadlines. Relevant contract and delivery records may be supplied as dispute evidence. Nothing in our terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
