Solutions

Three things we build well

We keep a narrow catalogue on purpose. Each solution below is something we can scope accurately, build to a fixed price, test against your real cases and hand over with documentation.

Solution 01

AI voice agents

Most businesses lose more revenue to unanswered phones than to lost pitches. A voice agent answers on the first ring, every hour, and behaves consistently whether it's the second call of the day or the two-hundredth.

We build agents that know your services, your service area, your opening hours and your booking rules — not a generic assistant with your company name pasted on top.

Typical project

£4,500 – £14,000

4–6 weeks. Fixed price agreed in writing before any build begins. The lower end covers a single agent with calendar booking; the upper end covers multiple call flows, CRM write-back and multilingual handling.

Running costs, not included: telephony and voice model usage, typically £0.12–£0.45 per call minute all-in, plus a platform subscription of roughly £300–£1,200 per month at 5,000–10,000 minutes. These are billed directly to your own vendor accounts, at cost, with no markup from us. We estimate them for your actual call volume during scoping.

Optional maintenance plan

£2,000 / month

A voice agent is at its best when someone keeps tuning it. The plan covers ongoing tweaks and refinement after handover: call flows and prompts adjusted from real call transcripts, scripts and booking rules updated as your services, prices and hours change, monitoring, and a monthly review of how the agent is performing.

How it works: rolling monthly, invoiced monthly in advance. No minimum term — cancel in writing at any time and the plan ends at the close of the monthly period already invoiced. It is never a condition of the build: without it, changes are simply quoted at £225 per hour like any other work.

What it does

  • Answers inbound calls 24/7, including overflow when your team is busy
  • Qualifies the caller against criteria you define
  • Books directly into a live calendar and confirms by SMS or email
  • Captures structured call notes into your CRM rather than a voicemail box
  • Transfers to a person on request, or when it hits a case it shouldn't handle
  • Handles after-hours, holidays and defined escalation paths

What we won't claim

A voice agent will not pass for a person in every conversation, and we don't design it to try. Callers are told they're speaking to an automated assistant, and there is always a route to a human. Escalation rules are agreed with you during scoping.

Solution 02

Website design & build

Most small-business websites fail quietly: they look fine, load slowly, collect nothing, and take payments through a checkout bolted on without much thought for the rules that govern taking money online in the UK.

We build websites the way we build everything else — as engineered projects with a fixed price, tested against real use, documented and handed over. Where the site takes payments, it is set up so every transaction is handled the way UK regulation expects.

Typical project

£2,500 – £10,000

2–8 weeks. Where you land in the range is driven by effort and usage: a brochure site with enquiry forms and a content-management handover sits at the lower end; online payments or bookings, customer accounts, CRM or calendar integrations, and content written from scratch move it toward the upper end. The figure is fixed in writing before any build begins.

Running costs, not included: domain and hosting, typically £5–£50 per month, and — where the site takes money — payment processing fees set by the provider, commonly around 1.5%–3% per transaction. Both run on your own accounts, at cost, with no markup from us.

What it covers

  • Design and build, responsive across phone, tablet and desktop
  • Enquiry forms, quote requests and booking flows that land in your inbox, calendar or CRM
  • Online payments through an FCA-authorised provider such as Stripe, with Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure) applied as UK rules require
  • Analytics, search-engine fundamentals and performance tuning
  • Hosting and domain set up under your own accounts, with documentation and credentials handed over

Built for UK compliance

  • Card details never touch the site itself — payment pages are hosted by the provider, keeping you outside PCI DSS card-data scope
  • The pre-contract information UK consumer law requires — clear pricing, delivery, cancellation and refund terms — placed where a buyer sees it before paying
  • Business identity displayed as the Companies Act and E-Commerce Regulations require
  • A UK GDPR-compliant privacy notice and PECR-compliant cookie consent
  • Accessibility built to WCAG 2.2 AA as the working standard

What we won't claim

We are not solicitors and this is not legal advice. We build the site to the requirements above and document how each one is met, but the trading terms you publish and the claims you make about your own products remain your responsibility — where they need legal review, we will say so rather than guess.

Solution 03

AI training & coaching

Most teams are told to "use AI" and left to work out the rest themselves. What follows is predictable: two or three people quietly experiment, everyone else carries on as before, and nobody can say whether any of it saved an hour.

We teach it from zero. No technical background is assumed, and no session runs on generic examples — we work through your documents, your processes and your tools, so people finish having done the work rather than having watched a demonstration of it.

Typical programme

£1,800 – £9,500

2–6 weeks. A single team, delivered as a short series of working sessions with a written playbook, sits at the lower end. Several departments, tool selection and rollout, an internal usage policy and follow-up coaching sit at the upper end.

Running costs, not included: the AI tool subscriptions your team settles on, commonly £15–£30 per person per month, billed to your own accounts. Part of the work is establishing how many people genuinely need a paid seat — for most teams it is fewer than the vendor would like.

How it is paid

MilestoneShareReleased against
Training plan agreed40%A written plan listing the sessions, attendees and what each covers
Core sessions delivered30%The agreed sessions run and attended
Materials handed over30%Playbook, usage policy and onboarding material delivered

Nothing is invoiced before the plan is agreed in writing. You can stop at any milestone boundary and pay only for what has been delivered.

What it covers

  • Foundations from zero — what these tools do well, where they fail, and how to tell which you are looking at
  • Working sessions on your team's real tasks, not sample prompts
  • Writing instructions that hold up, and reviewing output critically rather than trusting it
  • Confidential information — what should never be pasted into a public tool, and why
  • Choosing tools for your team, with sensible access and cost control
  • Where AI would pay in your business, and which processes to leave alone

What you keep

  • A written playbook covering the tasks your team actually does
  • An internal usage policy you can hand to staff
  • Onboarding material, so new starters do not need us
  • A ranked list of automation candidates, where the sessions surface any

What we won't claim

Nobody becomes an expert in a fortnight, and no training removes the need for judgement. What this does is get a team past the blank page and teach them to recognise when the output is wrong — which is the part that decides whether adoption survives contact with real work. We are not an accredited training body and we do not award a qualification.

Pricing

Every price on this page, in one table

These are indicative ranges, benchmarked against what comparable work costs on the open market. They exist so you can judge fit before spending time on a call. Your engagement is quoted individually, and the quoted figure is fixed in writing before any work starts.

Where to start

Initial consultation

£200

One hour, fixed fee. You describe the process in detail; we give a considered view on whether automation fits, what it would take, and roughly what scale of project it would be. Invoiced on booking. If you go on to commission an assessment or an implementation within 30 days, the £200 is credited against it.

Automation assessment

£2,500 – £6,500

2–3 weeks. Fixed fee. Process mapping across one or two functions, ranked opportunities with effort and benefit estimates, and a written recommendation you own outright — whether or not you build anything with us.

Projects and programmes

Solution Typical price Duration Third-party running costs
AI voice agents £4,500 – £14,000 4–6 weeks £0.12–£0.45 per call minute, plus £300–£1,200/month platform
Website design & build £2,500 – £10,000 2–8 weeks £5–£50/month hosting, plus card processing fees where payments are taken
AI training & coaching £1,800 – £9,500 2–6 weeks £15–£30 per person per month

Third-party costs are set by those vendors, billed to your own accounts, and passed through at cost with no markup. Programmes combining several of the above are scoped as a sequence of projects, each with its own price and its own acceptance gate, rather than as one open-ended engagement.

Ongoing support

With one exception, there is no retainer, no subscription and no recurring charge, and we do not hold a card on file. Everything we build is documented and handed over so your own team, or another provider, can maintain it without us.

If you do want us afterwards — a vendor changes an API, a form gains a field, you want a new step added — the work is quoted in writing, approved by you, carried out, and invoiced once. Charged at £225 per hour. Nothing is charged without your written approval first.

The exception is the optional voice agent maintenance plan: £2,000 per month for ongoing tuning and refinement of a deployed voice agent. Rolling monthly, invoiced monthly, no minimum term, cancellable in writing at any time — and offered after handover, never required.

What is always included in the price

  • Discovery and solution design
  • Build and configuration
  • Testing against your real scenarios, including the awkward ones
  • A training session for the people who will use it
  • Technical documentation and administrative credentials
  • Controlled go-live and monitoring through the first weeks
  • A 30-day defect warranty after acceptance

None of these are priced as extras. A quote that excludes testing and documentation is not cheaper — it is incomplete.

What moves the price within a range

  • Number of systems involved. Each additional system that must be read from or written to adds integration and testing work.
  • Quality of what exists today. Clean data and current documentation lower the cost. Undocumented processes and inconsistent records raise it.
  • How many exceptions the process has. The routine path is quick to build; the edge cases are where the effort goes.
  • Approval and audit requirements. Regulated environments need more oversight, logging and evidence.
  • Whether a system has a usable API. Modern APIs are straightforward. Legacy systems without one cost considerably more.

Which of these apply to you is established during scoping, before a number is quoted — not discovered halfway through the build.

How you pay Implementation projects are billed against milestones — commonly 40% on signature, 30% at the build milestone, 30% on written acceptance. Training programmes follow the same shape: 40% when the training plan is agreed, 30% once the core sessions are delivered, 30% on handover of the materials. Assessments are invoiced on booking. The only recurring charge we offer is the optional voice agent maintenance plan, invoiced monthly and cancellable at any time — nothing else renews. Full detail is in our Payment Terms, and cancellation at every stage is set out in our Refund Policy.
