The systems we build — AI voice agents and websites — work best when someone keeps tuning them after launch. This optional plan covers that ongoing care: refinement from real usage, updates as your business changes, monitoring, and a monthly review. It is never a condition of a build.
Optional maintenance plan
£2,000 / month
Ongoing tweaks and refinement after handover: call flows and prompts adjusted from real call transcripts, website content and pages kept current, scripts and booking rules updated as your services, prices and hours change, monitoring, and a monthly review of how everything is performing.
How it works: rolling monthly, invoiced monthly in advance. No minimum term — cancel in writing at any time and the plan ends at the close of the monthly period already invoiced. Without it, changes are simply quoted at £225 per hour like any other work.
What the plan covers
- Tuning from real usage. Call flows and prompts adjusted from actual transcripts; site pages and copy improved from how people use them.
- Kept current. Scripts, prices, hours and booking rules updated as your business changes — no new quote each time.
- Fixes & updates. Bugs resolved and dependencies kept patched, with regular backups.
- Monitoring. Uptime and performance watched, so problems are caught rather than left until you notice.
- Monthly review. A short written note each month on what was done and what’s worth doing next.
- Priority response. Your requests are handled ahead of one-off work.
